The Montenegrin Army (MCA) has received a new website "Be a Soldier", which provides the public with insight into key information about the Ministry of Defense and the Army, daily work tasks, as well as the opportunities offered by the defense system.

He stressed that attracting young people to work in the military is one of the key challenges facing the armed forces of many countries. He also expressed his belief that, thanks to the new website, young people will recognize the Armed Forces of Montenegro as a place and working environment in which they can develop their skills, advance professionally and "serve the country with pride."

"I am extremely pleased that we are jointly developing new policies for attracting and retaining personnel in the Ministry of Defense and the Army of Montenegro. The event was attended by Deputy Prime Minister for Security, Defense, Fight against Crime and Internal Policy Aleksa Bečić, representatives of the diplomatic corps in Montenegro, as well as other guests.

British Ambassador Dawn McCann expressed her pleasure at promoting, together with partners from the Ministry of Defense, one of the numerous initiatives that the United Kingdom is implementing in Montenegro.
