The Montenegrin team was named the best team at the Tirana 2025 Regional Cyber Exercise.
As announced by the Ministry of Public Administration, this recognition confirms the dedication, professionalism, and expertise of our cyber community.
"The team, which consisted of key members of the Government Computer Incident Response Team (gov-CIRT) together with colleagues from other institutions from Montenegro, demonstrated outstanding coordination, technical skills and strategic thinking throughout the exercise. Rikardo Juncaj, a member of our gov-CIRT team, led the Montenegrin team during the exercise. Together with his team, he achieved outstanding results that led to our team being declared the best. Their team spirit and dedication were key to this success," the Ministry of Public Administration announced.
They add that the achievement represents a significant step forward in Montenegro's efforts to strengthen national and regional cyber resilience.
"It confirms our commitment to building a safer digital environment and our readiness to effectively respond to modern cyber threats," it said.
