Pilates is trendy. Badminton was trendy. Mobile phones are in. Nature is trying to remain attractive to young people. Growing up has always been unthinkable without board games. Healthy lifestyles are trendy, but not their practice. Empathy must always be trendy.

The non-governmental association (NGO) "Žuti leptir" from Nikšić, in partnership with the non-governmental association (NGO) "Impuls", will try to bring it all together in one place and from April 23 to 25 in Vučje, near Nikšić, will organize a sports-recreational inclusive camp in which 25 high school students with and without developmental difficulties and people with disabilities will participate, as well as a working group that will be composed of five teachers, mentors, and the same number of peer volunteers who will support the camp participants.

"The sports and recreational inclusive camp is a pilot project and as such is being implemented for the first time in Nikšić, but also in Montenegro in this format. We planned for the activities to be outdoors, and we will also have theoretical workshops at the same time. The camp is focused on recreational sports, healthy lifestyles, health, acceptance of diversity, equality, empathy and inclusion of young people with developmental difficulties in the peer group, all with the desire to contribute to better inclusion of our community," said Milica Kovačević, project coordinator.

Peer educators who will promote sports and healthy lifestyles will be national alpine skiing representatives, high school students Petar Kasum and Dunja Kovačević, as well as Katarina Vuković and Sara Eraković, Special Olympics athletes.

Orienteering classes will be led by one of the three mountaineers who scaled Mount Everest, Dragutin Drago Vujović, professors from the Faculty of Sport and Physical Education, Assistant Professor Dr. Marina Vukotić and Professor Dr. Kosta Goranović, and Nikola Mijušković, a sports psychologist.

Tamara Miljanić will hold a yoga workshop, and Ana and Branko Gazdić will hold a Pilates and badminton workshop.

"We are trying to bring healthy lifestyles closer to young people, to awaken in them the desire to engage in activities that they are unfamiliar with, or have had very little contact with, and that they can practice even after the camp. For example, Pilates is trendy, and badminton used to be very interesting, but now it is unfairly neglected. We will have an afternoon of board games, and we haven't forgotten the fun part, so we will organize a competitive karaoke evening," Kovačević pointed out.

A nurse and a physical education teacher will be present for all three days of the camp, who will act as coordinator and unite all activities into one whole.

"I would praise the idea of organizing a camp like this. All topics and various disciplines are covered and everything is wonderfully organized. I am here to introduce orienteering and finding your way around nature to the participants. Vučje is an ideal terrain for all the activities they have planned. We will form groups, we have made a plan and program and we hope for good weather, because all these activities are organized outdoors," said Vujović, who has been organizing an orienteering camp in the village of Gornja Brezna, in Piva, for years.

The project of the Vučje 2025 Sports and Recreational Inclusive Camp was financially supported by the Ministry of Sports and Youth.

"We believe that with this camp we will succeed in encouraging young people to engage in sports activities and contribute to the implementation of inclusive equality of high school students in Nikšić in sports and recreational activities," said Kovačević, who, with her colleagues, presented the project of the Sports and Recreation Inclusive Camp during the information day.
