President of Montenegro Jakov Milatović congratulated the Orthodox and Catholic believers on the holiday.
He said that the holiday that Christians celebrate together this year should remind us of common values - love, forgiveness, compassion and mutual respect.
"As a symbol of the victory of life over death and good over evil, the feast of Christ's Resurrection inspires us to be better people, do good, and contribute to the creation of a more just and humane society. May joy fill your hearts and bring peace to your homes," Milatović wrote on his X account.
