Strategic planning is an ongoing process that requires expertise, dedication and the ability to adapt to new challenges and needs, said Deputy Secretary General of the Government Irena Vućić Popović.

The General Secretariat of the Government and the Human Resources Directorate today solemnly marked the beginning of the implementation of the sixth cycle of the Education Program for Professional Development of Civil Servants and Officers for Strategic Planning.

As announced by the Government, certificates were presented at the ceremony to the participants of the previous cycle, officially ending one cycle and beginning the next cycle of the program aimed at strengthening the capacities of public administration in the field of strategic planning.

Vućić Popović, on behalf of the General Secretariat, congratulated all participants on the successfully completed training and emphasized the importance of continuous investment in knowledge and professional development of the civil service.

"Strategic planning is an ongoing process, which requires expertise, dedication and the ability to adapt to new challenges and needs," Vućić Popović pointed out.

As she stated, the certificates that employees receive today are not only recognition for their efforts, but also an incentive to continue their professional development.

As announced, Assistant Secretary General of the Government Almedina Vukić Martinović and Assistant Director of the Human Resources Administration Zemka Striković emphasized the importance of such programs for strengthening administrative capacities and improving the quality of strategic documents at all levels of administration.
