Jovan Dokić, the son of the former vice-president of the Municipality of Budva and the second candidate on the list of the citizens' group "Budva our city" in the May elections, Jasna Dokić, has been fired from the Budva Municipal Enterprise. The dismissal decision, which "Vijesti" has had access to, states that Dokić did not come to work, and three colleagues whose statements are cited in the decision claim that he "drove a van in his father's private company during working hours" and "that he knew how to spend his working hours walking with his wife."
Jovan Dokić said in a post on social media that this was a politically motivated dismissal. In his post, Dokić claims that the dismissal he received on Thursday is part of a revenge campaign that Nikola Jovanović and the new coalition in Budva are waging against his family.
The son of the former vice-president of the municipality, who until November was, with Nikola Jovanović, the leader of the citizens' group "Budva our city", was employed at Komunalno doo Budva and in the post suggests that colleagues from this Budva public company testified against him out of fear.
Jovan Dokić adds in his Facebook post that the dismissal is just the finale of an "ugly phase" where there is an attempt at "primitive mobbing" against him.
In a statement to "Vijesti", he added that his colleagues were forced and blackmailed to work in the call center of the citizens' group "Budva our city" during working hours, during the election campaign, just as they are now being forced to bear false witness against him.
