The "Be Human" Foundation announced that all funds have been raised to continue the treatment of Lazar Novićević (13) from Plav, who is struggling with a diagnosis of autism.
A total of 22.726 euros were raised through the budihuman.me platform, which ensured this brave boy's trip to Turkey for a new stem cell therapy, the foundation said in a statement.
The founder of the foundation, Goran Jovanović, said that this is another action in a series that proves how much we can achieve when we act together.
"Lazar's struggle has become a shared mission for all of us who believe in the power of human solidarity. Thanks to the citizens with big hearts, this brave boy today has the opportunity to move on, with hope and a better perspective. Thank you to everyone who has shown that we still exist as a society that sees, hears and reacts. Every gesture of support you have shown that together we can do great things. This result is yet another confirmation that togetherness has the power to change lives," he emphasized.
The "Be Humane" Foundation concluded that they will continue to support those who need help the most, believing that together we can do much more.
