Gajević resigned as director of the Agency for Protected Areas Management in Podgorica

The Director of the Agency for the Management of Protected Areas in Podgorica, Jasna Gajević, has resigned from her position.

She announced the news on her Facebook account.

"As of today, at my request, I am no longer part of the Podgorica Protected Areas Management Agency team. I would like to thank my colleagues with whom I shared the good and the bad for a year and nine months...", Gajević wrote.

She thanked everyone from various state institutions, as well as those from the city administration and numerous city services and companies, for their cooperation.

"...I owe a great deal of gratitude to the numerous fighters from NGOs with whom we tried to make our country deserve at least the 'e' in the name 'ecological'," said Gajević.
