The Ministry of Regional Investment Development and Cooperation with Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs) announced today that a new Client module is in use within the public part of the portal. ngo.gov.me, which enables electronic submission of requests for key services in the field of NGO registration.
The statement added that through this module, interested parties can now, without the need to come to the Ministry and without physically submitting documentation, obtain the following services:
• Registration in the register of non-governmental associations, the register of foundations and the register of representative offices of foreign non-governmental organizations
• Submitting a request to change facts in registers
• Deletion from registers
"A system upgrade is underway that will soon enable the electronic issuance of certificates from the records of non-governmental organizations and political parties. To use the services, users need to have a new ID card with electronic identification and e-signature activated, and to create an account on idp.gov.me", the National Electronic Identification System," said the Ministry of Regional Investment Development and Cooperation with NGOs, headed by Ernad Suljević.
They said that after creating an account and verifying it via certificate, organizations can:
• Register your user account on the portal ngo.gov.me
• Download forms and instructions
• Fill out the electronic application
• Attach scanned or electronically signed documentation
• Monitor the status of requests and download the Ministry's decisions
"This digital service represents an important step in improving the transparency, efficiency and accessibility of public administration, in line with the strategic commitment of the Government of Montenegro to modernize services for citizens and civil society organizations. We invite all non-governmental organizations, foundations and representative offices of foreign NGOs to use the new functionalities and thus contribute to accelerating administrative procedures and reducing paperwork.
