Maida Bašić Šurla was elected as a judge of the Basic Court in Ulcinj, and Anja Bojović as a judge of the Commercial Court.
The Judicial Council announced that at today's session, based on the final proposal of the evaluations of the Center for Training in the Judiciary and the State Prosecutor's Office, during the theoretical and practical part of the initial training for selected candidates for judges of the basic courts of the southern region and candidates for judges of the Commercial Court, they determined the evaluations for the aforementioned two judges and made decisions on their selection.
The Council adopted decisions on the publication of public advertisements for the election of the presidents of the misdemeanor courts in Podgorica and Bijelo Polje; for the election of one judge of the Administrative Court; for the election of one judge of the Commercial Court; a public advertisement for the election of two judges of the High Court in Bijelo Polje and a decision on the publication of an internal advertisement for the voluntary permanent transfer of one judge to the High Court in Podgorica.
