At a session chaired by the Supreme State Prosecutor Milorad Marković, the Prosecutorial Council considered and adopted the Rules for the Evaluation of State Prosecutors and Heads of State Prosecutor's Offices.
These rules, as announced, regulate the evaluation procedure and indicators for compiling reports and proposals for evaluating the work of state prosecutors and heads of state prosecutors' offices.
Tanja Božović was elected as a state prosecutor in the Higher State Prosecutor's Office in Podgorica. She was interviewed at the session as a candidate who applied for a public advertisement for the election of a state prosecutor in that prosecutor's office for a permanent position.
Complaints about the work of state prosecutors and heads of state prosecutors' offices were also considered in terms of the legality of their work. The Prosecutorial Council gave an opinion that 20 complaints were unfounded, one was founded, while for three complaints it gave an opinion that they were not complaints about the work of the state prosecutor and head of the state prosecutor's office in terms of the legality of their work.
