Organized by the Business Info Center Tivat and the Sailing Club "Delfin", the "Marine Crafts" Fair was held on Sunday at the city waterfront Pine in Tivat as part of the 4th Wind Festival.
This specific event, dedicated to the promotion of local entrepreneurs, craftsmen and other entities that focus on the sea and other sea-related activities in their offer and activities, brought together 12 exhibitors from the Montenegrin coast. UNA Montenegro, BB Sail, Lalizas, EcoBoats, Ski&Sea, freelance artist Tanja Radonić, Kalafatska radionica Bokovac Bar, Kayak Club Tivat, Boka Surf, Red Cross Tivat, as well as the organizers themselves - Business Info Center and JK "Delfin".

Numerous visitors to the event also had the opportunity to see traditional wooden sailing boats – arsenals and various other wooden elements of ship equipment made by the Bokovac Calafat Workshop from Bar, sailboats that "Delfina" competitors use in regattas in the region, equipment for wind and kite surfing, and various machines used for weaving ship ropes and making fishing nets, which was demonstrated in practice. Red Cross volunteers demonstrated first aid and drowning rescue techniques.

The Director of the Tivat Business Info Center, Milijana Dubak, said that for this municipal company, whose main task is to develop the business environment and entrepreneurship in Tivat, participation in the organization of the "Morska posla" fair is very significant, "especially considering that maritime crafts have been recognized as one of the key areas within the Strategy for the Development of Micro, Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises in Tivat until 2030."
"Our strategy recognizes craft fairs like this one as one of the concrete activities we need to support their preservation and development. This year, we got our own stand, which we shared with the tenant of our Business Incubator, entrepreneur Nikol, who has her own tailoring shop, and with entrepreneur Dragana Veljić, who has her own natural cosmetics. The fair is certainly interesting for tourists, given that nautical tourism is currently the most popular in Tivat, but it is also very important from the aspect of local economic development because all of these crafts somewhere serve the largest marinas located in our territory and they definitely need to be promoted," Dubak emphasized.

The organizers of the "Mostrka posla" fair have announced that they will raise this segment of the Wind Festival to an even higher level in the coming years, with the ultimate goal of Tivat eventually gaining a commercial fair of maritime arts and crafts of an international character.

The 2025 Wind Festival continues on Friday, May 16, when the third international scientific and professional conference "Boka Kotorska as a sustainable nautical destination" will be held in Tivat. The theme of this year's gathering, which JK "Delfin" is organizing with the Faculty of Maritime Studies of Kotor, University of Montenegro, is "Cruisers in Boka - Economy or Ecology".
