The "Nikšić" Home for the Elderly and the "Nikšićko pozorište" Public Institution signed a Memorandum of Cooperation with the aim of improving the quality of life of users through cultural content and social integration, joint activities of the aforementioned institutions, organizing guest performances at the Home, as well as the possibility of free viewing of the repertoire performed on the stage of the Nikšić Theater for users of the Home.
"The Nikšić Theater shows attention to fellow citizens who carry the memory of the days and years when we as an institution grew, fell and rose again and who are witnesses to the wonderful path of art in our Nikšić. We continue on the same path with their testimony," said the theater's director, Radinko Krulanović, in a press release.
The acting director of the Nursing Home, Jelena Banjević, thanked Krulanović for his empathy towards the users of the Nursing Home.
"For us and our users, the feeling of empathy we receive from our fellow citizens and the institutions of our community is of particular importance, and this type of cooperation will certainly be very useful to us in the coming period, especially when it comes to organizing work-occupational activities outside the Home's premises," said Banjević.
