At today's blockade at Kruševo Ždrijelo, an incident occurred when two unknown men approached the crowd - one of them raised three fingers, while the other took a photo of him, reports Cetinjski list.
The media outlet reports that one of the demonstrators said that the inappropriate gesture provoked a violent reaction from the crowd, but that the police reacted and prevented a physical confrontation.
He added that the police detained two men at the Cetinje Security Center, after which those gathered from Kruševo Ždrijelo headed to the police station.
Cetinjski list learned from the police that one of the participants in the incident is a resident of Budva, while the other is from Serbia.
The non-governmental organization "Civil Rights Center" and citizens protesting at Kruševo Ždrijelo have filed criminal charges against two people who caused the incident, the police confirmed to Radio Cetinje.
A complaint was filed against two unidentified individuals who, during the protest, photographed each other raising three fingers towards the gathered citizens, which, as stated in the complaint, "alluded to the very act of provocation, to inciting conflict, national intolerance and hatred, and spreading hate speech by that very act."
A group of citizens from Cetinje is organizing roadblocks towards Podgorica, demanding accountability from those in charge for two massacres in the Royal Capital in which 23 people were killed.
They radicalized the protest on May 5th and then decided to extend the blockade to three hours.
The blockade begins at 17:26 p.m.
