Montenegrin competitors who participated in the 33rd International Philosophical Olympiad (IPO 2025), held in Bari from May 15 to 18, achieved notable success, winning commendations, the Ministry of Education, Science and Innovation (MPNI) announced.
As stated by the department, students from the "Niko Rolović" Gymnasium in Bar, Danilo Janković and Aldijan Bahović, participated in the Olympiad, accompanied by philosophy professors Nela Dabanović from the Bar Gymnasium and Teodora Radulović from the "Slobodan Škerović" Gymnasium in Podgorica.
"Representatives from 54 countries participated in this prestigious competition, which brings together young thinkers from all over the world, and a total of 110 essays were evaluated," the statement said.
It is stated that the preparation for the participation and departure of the Montenegrin team to that competition was organized by the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology and the Examination Center, in cooperation with the Association of Philosophy Professors.
