The Ministry of Education, Science and Innovation announced that they have filed three more criminal reports with the Basic State Prosecutor in Podgorica, due to reasonable suspicion that persons OK, MK and AN submitted false and untrue educational documents which, in the process of recognizing foreign educational documents, the competent institutions determined were not authentic public documents.
"Based on this, there is a reasonable suspicion that persons OK, MK and AN committed the criminal offense of forging a document under Article 412 of the Criminal Code. We expect the competent authorities to act in accordance with their jurisdiction and authorities, in order to resolve this significant institutional problem," the statement reads.
