The Ulcinj Volleyball Club, with the support of the Municipality and the Municipal Assembly (MA) of Ulcinj, is organizing a humanitarian tournament "With a Heart for Lana" on Thursday, May 22nd in the hall of the "Maršal Tito" Elementary School.
As announced by the Ulcinj Municipal Council, all proceeds will be used for the treatment of five-year-old Lana Brajović from Ulcinj, who suffers from autism and gastroschisis, for which she has already undergone surgery twice.
"In addition to the humane goal, we want this tournament to become traditionally humanitarian in nature and to be organized every year at the same time, on the occasion of the Independence Day of Montenegro," the Ulcinj Municipal Council announced.
In addition to OK Ulcinj, the volleyball clubs Galeb, Ibar and Morača are also participating in the tournament.
To treat little Lana in Turkey, with autologous stem cell transplantation therapy, it is necessary to raise 14.000 euros.
