The Herceg Novi Club of Voluntary Blood Donors, in cooperation with the Independent Police Union of Montenegro, organized today the sixth memorial blood donation "Milutin Leković Lek Memorial".
"Ninety blood donors participated in the campaign, which is confirmation that the memorial dedicated to Milutin Lekovic Leka is more than successfully implemented every year. In addition to blood donors from Herceg Novi, representatives of the police union from the former Yugoslavia, Kddk Lazar Lazo Karadžić from Žabljak, members of the Herceg Novi Police Station and employees of the Kamenari - Lepetane ferry line participated in the campaign. Police officer Milutin Leković was killed on December 15, 2019, in the line of duty.
Albanian citizens Ljuan Hasanaj, his brother Ljuljim, and his mother Nura were again sentenced to 40 years in prison for the murder of Leković.
