Miloš Mašković, president of the European Union's board club in Podgorica, asked what Mayor Saša Mujović's position was on the fact that the director of the city company "Putevi" Radoš Zečević donated money to fans of the Serbian football team from Podgorica.
He posted a photo on X with, as he claims, a letter based on which "Putevi" approved funds for those fans "to go to the European Championship in Germany".
"I wonder what Mayor Mujović's position is on this issue and why the public has not been informed about it. Should silence in this case also be interpreted as a sign of approval? How many other similar 'discreet donations' go under the radar, financed from the pockets of Podgorica citizens? Who decided that supporting fans from another country is a priority, while numerous local problems are ignored, from children's playgrounds to infrastructure to basic communal needs," asked Mašković.
