Valdanos was a place of joy, play and socializing on Sunday.

Hundreds of children gathered in Valdanos in Ulcinj on Sunday, June 1st, to celebrate International Children's Day. The bay was too small to accommodate all those interested, and at one point the line of cars reached almost to the entrance gate.

As part of the traditional event "All for Tourism", which has been going on for a month, the gathering and socializing of children was organized by the Tourist Organization (TO) of Ulcinj in cooperation with the Municipal Assembly (MA) of Ulcinj.

"TO does not forget the youngest ones either. In cooperation with the Ulcinj Municipal Council, on June 1, on the occasion of International Children's Day, a rich entertainment and educational program for children will be organized, with creative workshops, animations, games, theater plays and performances by children's choirs. The event location will be transformed into a real children's oasis - a place of joy, play and socializing," TO announced earlier.

For June 14th, they announced a festival of local traditions and tastes - "The Day of Ulcinj Shrimp".

"The program will continue on June 14 with the event "Ulcinj Gambor Day", which is being organized for the first time in our city as a celebration of traditional cuisine and cultural heritage. In the heart of the city, visitors will have the opportunity to try authentic Ulcinj dishes and enjoy performances by traditional musicians. "Ulcinj Gambor" brings together the community, encourages local production and gives a special identity to the opening of the season", the TO points out.

They reminded that the end of May was dedicated to music - on May 29, TO, in cooperation with the Cultural Center, organized a classical music concert with the brilliant pianist Iliriana Đoni from Ulcinj and one of the most famous cellists on the international scene, Bledar Zajmi, a day later, the popular Amadeus band performed on Mala plaža, and on the last day of May, regional pop star Era Istrefi.
