The Ministry of Education, Science and Innovation (MESI) has issued a call for bids for the development of the main design and supervision of the construction of an elementary school in Karabuško Polje in Tuzi.
The Ministry of National Infrastructure and Transport said that the deadline for submitting bids is July 25th, and that the contracted activities should be completed 39 months from the conclusion of the contract.
As they explained, the contract implementation period includes the preparation of technical documentation/main project, revision of the main project and obtaining a positive report from the auditor, obtaining a building permit, and providing supervision services over the construction of the new elementary school building.

It is also envisaged that the consultant will be available to the contracting authority when answering questions raised during the procurement phase regarding the construction of a new school.
"The criteria on the basis of which the submitted bids will be evaluated/graded are the quality of the technical bid, after which the financial bid will be evaluated," the statement said.
As it is added, all domestic and foreign legal entities are invited to submit bids.
The Ministry of National Infrastructure and Transport said that the project will be financed with money obtained from a loan with the European Investment Bank (EIB) and a grant from the Western Balkans Investment Framework (WBIF), as well as money from the national budget.
