The University of Montenegro (UCG) will announce a call for applications for admission to the first year of undergraduate studies in the middle of next week, for the academic year 2025/2026. The call will be published in daily newspapers published in Montenegro, as well as on the official website of the University of Montenegro, after the dates of the admission procedure are adopted at the meeting of the UCG Governing Board, the UCG announced.
The text of the competition will indicate the number of available places per study program, as well as instructions for electronic application via the upisi.edu.me platform, in accordance with the program of the Ministry of Education, Science and Innovation. Exceptionally, if the application cannot be submitted electronically, candidates must submit their application directly, through the student service of the organizational unit, the UCG statement says.
As stated, the right to apply for the competition for enrollment in undergraduate studies is granted to Montenegrin citizens and foreigners, in accordance with the law, who have acquired the appropriate qualification of the IV-1 sub-level of the National Qualifications Framework.
Candidates who have not had an external matriculation or vocational exam take tests in two subjects important for continuing their education.
Entrance exams are organized for enrollment in study programs: Medicine, Dentistry, Architecture, Psychology, Physical Culture and Healthy Lifestyles, as well as professional and artistic study programs.
The enrollment procedure is regulated in more detail by the Regulations on the conditions, criteria and procedure for enrollment in undergraduate studies at the University of Montenegro, available on the official website, the UCG announced.
