Through the Budi Human Foundation and thanks to the immense solidarity and humanity of the citizens of Montenegro, a total of 32.099 euros was successfully raised for the treatment of eight-year-old Maša Baošić from Bar, a girl who has been struggling with cerebral palsy since birth, the Budi Human Foundation announced today.
"Thanks to this support, Maša will be able to travel for intensive rehabilitation treatments at the specialized 'Memorial' clinic in Turkey. Maša's fight is still ongoing, but together we have all made her journey easier, safer and filled with hope. This is another in a series of successfully implemented humanitarian actions under the auspices of the Budi human Foundation, which has helped 129 children receive treatment over more than eight and a half years of work," the statement reads.
The Budi Human Foundation said that they extend their sincere and deep gratitude to everyone who contributed to the successful completion of the campaign for Maša - individuals, families, collectives, organizations and the media.
"We thank everyone who sent a message, donated funds, shared the appeal, or in any other way showed empathy. Your support was crucial – and showed how together we can do great things for those who need help the most," said the Budi Human Foundation.
