While the Ministry of Spatial Planning is awaiting approval for the Program of Temporary Facilities for the Territory of the Municipality of Budva for the period 2024-2028, after which it has yet to be adopted by the Budva parliament, temporary facilities are springing up in the tourism metropolis without approval.
One of these is placed about a hundred meters from the Budva Municipality building, at the intersection on the main boulevard.
The large metal structure was erected on a private plot, which was cleared a month ago by utility workers.
The cleanup was organized, as the Municipal Company boasted at the time, publishing photos, as part of a city improvement campaign.
The plot was then filled with gravel and the structure has now been erected.
The Municipal Inspection told "Vijesti" that the municipal inspector is conducting administrative proceedings for the facility in question.
Until the Program is adopted, no temporary facility should be erected on the territory of the municipality.
