The Ministry of Education, Science and Innovation announced that the renovation work on the "Jovan Tomašević" Elementary School in Virpazar has been completed.
The total value of the investment is 340.000 euros, and the funds were provided by the Ministry of Education, Science and Innovation.
The adaptation of the building included construction and technical interventions that, as it is emphasized, have significantly improved the working and living conditions of students and employees.
The entire facade was renovated, 750 square meters of roof were repaired, all classroom doors were replaced, the interior of the school was painted, a lightning rod was installed, and new gutters were installed.
"With the completion of the works, the school is ready to welcome the new school year in a significantly improved space, which represents another result of the Ministry of Education, Science and Innovation's commitment to improving educational infrastructure and creating better conditions for learning and working in all schools across Montenegro," the statement reads.
