The Council for Citizens' Control of Police Work asks Šćepanović for information about the incident during the Kotor carnival.

The Council for Citizens' Control of Police Work asked the acting director of the Police Administration, Lazar Šćepanović, to inform them about the events during the International Summer Kotor Carnival, when a police patrol interrupted the carnival procession at the moment when the group "Kingdom of the Holy Healer" was performing, whose mask alluded to the work and attitude towards Kotor of the Minister of Urban Planning, Slaven Radunović.

According to information from Vijesti, the Council, on its own initiative, initiated a procedure to assess the legality of the police work in that incident.

During the presentation of the carnival procession, during the performance of the group "Kraljevina Sveta Vrača", an incident occurred due to the police opening the traffic prematurely. The members of the group eventually introduced themselves and performed in front of the main city gates. The organizers announced that it was a misunderstanding, and the President of the Municipality of Kotor Vladimir Jokić and the President of the NGO "Fešta" Vasilija Bajrović later issued a public apology to the members of the group.

The group "Kingdom of the Holy Healer" wore a mask - a model of the Cathedral of St. Tryphon, in front of which there is a swimming pool and sun loungers. In addition, they carried a banner representing a sign from the construction site, which contains a photograph of the cathedral with a swimming pool and which, among other things, reads: "Collective housing facility with underground garage and swimming pool; Expert supervision: Slaven Radunović".
