Congratulations on the Day of the Municipality of Gusinje

Gusinje celebrates Municipality Day today, August 5th.

State officials and representatives of political parties sent congratulations on that occasion.

Bečić congratulated Gusinje Municipality Day

Deputy Prime Minister Aleksa Bečić congratulated the President of the Municipality of Gusinje, Sanel Balić, the President of the Municipal Assembly, Edvin Bektešević, the councilors and citizens on the Day of the Municipality of Gusinje.

"Today, when Municipality Day is celebrated, we are reminded of the times behind us and of what Gusinje essentially represents, which is the potential of its citizens, the value of tradition and the contribution that this municipality makes to our state. Gusinje is a municipality that, to the pride of all of Montenegro, serves as an example of how identity is preserved with dignity and community is nurtured. It is our responsibility to ensure that the path from exceptional potential to its valorization is as efficient as possible and that we leave behind works that will encourage every young person to continue on the path of development, which is built with vision, daily, persistently and through clear priorities," said Bečić.

Joković: The Pearl of the North

The President of the Socialist People's Party, Vladimir Joković, congratulated the Mayor, councilors, and all citizens of Gusinje on the Day of the Municipality.

"Gusinje is the pearl of the north of our country - a place where natural splendor, rich tradition and honest people come together in a unique way. This region, surrounded by the magnificent Prokletije Mountains, clear rivers and untouched nature, represents an invaluable resource for the whole of Montenegro. Bogdanović: Through generations, hardworking and dignified Gusinjan women and men have left an indelible mark

The head of the Democratic Party's parliamentary group and secretary general, Boris Bogdanović, congratulated the citizens of Gusinje, on behalf of the Democratic Party's parliamentary group and on his own behalf, on the Day of the Municipality.

"Gusinje, with its unique natural beauty, rich cultural and historical heritage and deeply rooted traditional values, occupies a special place on the map of Montenegro. Vice President of the Parliament of Montenegro Mirsad Nurković sent a congratulatory message on the occasion of the Day of the Municipality of Gusinje to the Mayor of the Municipality Sanel Balić, the President of the Municipal Assembly Edvin Bektešević, as well as to all citizens of that municipality.
