The adaptation of the "Vladimir Rolović" Primary School (OS) in the Šula settlement in Pljevlja is underway, and the value of the works is 119.784,81 euros, the Ministry of Education, Science and Innovation (MPNI) announced.
The government department said that the renovation of the building includes replacing the facade joinery, reconstructing electrical and hydraulic installations, as well as adapting the toilets.
"The works were visited by the Minister of Education, Science and Innovation Anđela Jakšić Stojanović, Director of the Directorate for Preschool and Primary Education Svetlana Drobnjak, Secretary of the Ministry of Education and Science Marko Šljukić, with the school principal Marija Rončević and members of the staff," the statement said.
Jakšić Stojanović said she was satisfied with the pace of the work.
She emphasized that the Ministry of Education and Science treats the north of Montenegro and rural areas with special attention, striving to provide every child with modern conditions for education, and every teacher with adequate working conditions.
