Daliborka Gojković Bajčeta, speaking from the Meteorological Center of Television Vijesti, said that the red weather alert issued by the Institute for the amount of rain was justified.
In Podgorica, 12 liters of rain fell per square meter in 88 hours, in the Cetinje area 69, Kolašin 53, Ulcinj 46.
In other measuring points, as Gojković Bajčeta said, less than 12 liters of rain fell per square meter in the last 45 hours.
