They emphasized that this is a proceeding involving minors, which is why "it is not possible to provide more information in order to protect the course of the proceeding, as well as the rights and interests of the minors involved in the case."
"Vijesti" announced yesterday that on suspicion of causing serious bodily harm to a peer, and on the order of the Basic State Prosecutor, the police deprived three minors, students of the same school, aged 14 and 15, of their liberty.
According to the editorial team, they also beat the boy with rods, allegedly in full view of the driver of the "BLT Zeta" bus, who did not react. The case was reported to the police by the mother of the beaten boy. Bojana Jokić, after he was provided with medical assistance at the KCCG.
Jokić told "Vijesti" that "as a parent, I am deeply shocked and disappointed by the school's reaction and unprofessional attitude towards my son." She also stressed that she will demand disciplinary action against all responsible persons who had the opportunity to prevent this event and did not do so. The high school claims that they did everything within their jurisdiction because the incident occurred outside the schoolyard.
