A group of non-governmental organizations and civic activists apologized to the Ministry of Culture and Media for aligning them with state institutions that failed to react to the violent interruption of the screening of the film "Roda" in Podgorica.
"Our mistake is that we did not notice their reaction, in the company of the Cinematheque and the Film Center, and that we placed them alongside the sponsors of the Džada Film Fest - Capital City and the Ministry of Tourism, whose reactions were absent. We thank you for pointing out the error," reads the statement signed by: Action for Human Rights, Spektra, Center for Civic Education, Center for Investigative Journalism of Montenegro, Center for Women's Rights, Ipso Facto and civic activists Dina Bajramspahić, Jovana Marović and Paula Petričević.
