Eye hospital "Miloš" is no longer among the privileged
The number of referrals to the special eye hospital "Miloš" in Serbia decreased last year by 60 percent compared to 2015. Earlier, KCCG eye doctors were recommended not to refer patients to that private clinic in the future, because they can be treated for the same quality of services at significantly lower prices. in other clinics. In the then letter from the FZO KCCG, it was written that for the provision of ophthalmology services, which cannot be provided in Montenegrin health institutions, patients are referred to the KCS.
The FZO has now stated that 62 percent fewer patients were treated at "Miloš" than in 2015, and that the largest number of them were treated in private institutions in Montenegro with which they have a contract.
