Đakonović's 60-kilogram tuna "Catch of the Month" for August

First place in the August round of the "Catch of the Month" prize game, organized for sport fishermen on the Montenegrin coast by the Una company from Tivat, was won by Miloš Đakonović from Baran with a 60kg tuna catch.

The tuna was caught in the Bar waters, near Ponte Voluica, with a rod from a boat, and the bait was a large live mackerel.

Second place went to Darko Čule from Tivat with a 7.9kg toothfish caught using the pendulum technique in Trašte Bay near Cape Kočista.

Third place in the August "Catch of the Month" round was Nebojša Škerović with a 14.2 kilogram goby.

Goff was caught in the early morning hours in the Bar waters, using a pendulum for live mackerel.
