After hours of battling snow drifts on Bjelasica, members of the Bijelo Polje Protection and Rescue Service managed to make their way to the snow-covered farm of Milo Damjanović in the Žarski katun and deliver basic necessities for the family as well as animal feed.
"The Bijelo Polje service came to the aid of the Mojkovac rescuers so that the operation, conducted from the Bijelo Polje territory, could be carried out more successfully. The four-member team from Bijelo Polje showed exceptional endurance and professionalism during this demanding intervention," the Bijelo Polje Protection and Rescue Service announced.
Residents of the snow-covered farm were delivered basic necessities for the normal functioning of the household in difficult winter conditions.
