Momo Joksimović, president of the Party of Pensioners, Disabled and Restitution, told reporters that the people expect justice and that the state has fallen silent.
"Montenegro must show composure and reason. People and nations cannot be blamed for one crime, it happens everywhere, but we must understand this youth. We must cultivate a civilizational and cultural relationship with neighboring nations. The misdeeds of individuals are not the misdeeds of the state. That is why we must build a relationship of friendship and reason, but also understand dissatisfaction, because it shows fear, because this is happening more than once. We have an attack on children in Budva, our children are being raped in Danilovgrad. The people expect justice, fairness and that everything functions in accordance with the law," he said.
"We are asking for as many police officers as possible to be hired. What are we waiting for? The police are incapacitated. The state has fallen silent. We must show strength - that the state has a police force, an army," added Joksimović.
