The Police Department yesterday, as part of the action "Stranac", implemented 103 repressive measures against foreign citizens.
The residence permits of 16 foreign citizens were cancelled, 19 decisions on the return of persons were issued, the termination of temporary residence was initiated for three foreign citizens, while one was forcibly removed. 64 misdemeanor warrants were issued.
"Since the beginning of 2025, 14.036 measures have been adopted as part of the Foreigner operation, including: 9.212 misdemeanor reports filed, or orders issued, 1.436 decisions on the return of persons issued, 186 persons forcibly removed, while 164 foreign citizens were expelled from Montenegro. The residence of 1.711 persons was canceled, while the termination of temporary residence was initiated for 1.327 persons," the Police Directorate announced.
