The company "Water Supply and Sewerage" Podgorica announced this evening that the water at the Mareza water source has become cloudy.
"We inform consumers who are supplied from the Mareza pumping station that, due to heavy rainfall, the water at the Mareza water source has become cloudy. It is recommended that the population, especially children, pregnant women, the elderly and people with weakened immune systems, boil water before use or use safe alternatives, i.e. water from controlled water supply sources," the statement said.
They added that consumers will be notified of any changes in a timely manner.
"The settlements supplied from the Mareza pumping station are: Mareza, Tološi, Blok V and VI, part of the city Preko Morača, the city center, part under Gorica, Malo brdo, Stara varos, Zabjelo, Pobrežje, Zelenika, Dahna, Dajbabe, City kvart, part of Zeta, Gornja and Donja Gorica, Donji Kokoti, Grbavci, Lekići, Farmaci and Beri," the statement concludes.
