Acting Executive Director of the Kolašin Agency for Design and Spatial Planning Andrija Mirovic proposed to the Municipal Assembly (MA) the Rulebook on internal organization and systematization of jobs in that company, which envisages 11 systematized jobs with a total of 14 employees.
The agency is a new Kolašin company, and its establishment resulted from the obligation of local governments to establish special companies for the preparation of planning documents. It was established at the session of the Kolašin parliament held on September 30, when both the Statute and the act on the establishment of the company were adopted.
In addition to the executive director, the Agency plans to employ four planners, and one responsible planner, responsible designer and associate designer for architecture and construction, as well as a geodetic engineer, a supervisory engineer, an administrator for financial affairs and a business administrator - archivist. The Agency may hire interns, volunteers and temporary employees, as well as associates and experts for specific areas of work.
For more complex tasks, the company may form inter-institutional expert working groups and commissions.
The agency will be responsible for the development and revision of local planning documents, correction of technical errors in plans, as well as for the preparation of technical documentation and participation in the development of the Municipal Spatial Planning Program.
It is expected that the new company will enable independent and efficient spatial development planning, faster preparation of urban plans and better supervision of investments. The Agency also represents a significant step towards better control of spatial planning and solving problems with planning documentation.
