The information that the Montenegrin family from Berlin continues its activities outside of Montenegro deeply awakens the feeling that our country remains deprived of one of the most dedicated and noble humanitarian actions that marked the past year.
This was announced by the Mayor of Bar, Dušan Raičević, who added that over the years, through their selfless support for the Red Cross of Montenegro and its humanitarian programs, as well as numerous other initiatives across the country, this family has left an indelible mark and significantly contributed to improving the quality of life of a large number of our fellow citizens.
"It must not be forgotten that last year, on the occasion of October 17th - the International Day for the Eradication of Poverty and Social Exclusion, they provided a donation of vouchers for two thousand socially vulnerable families from all Montenegrin municipalities," he reminded.
Raičević stated that their support for the NGO "Women of Bar" for the implementation of the Soup Kitchen's activities for the entire year 2025 represents an example of true solidarity, dedication to the community and people who are in an unfavorable financial position.
"This represents just a part of their numerous charitable activities, and I am convinced that Bar will forever remember, respect and be grateful for the great humanity and selfless outstretched hand of this family," said the first man of Bar.
They sincerely hope that, when adequate conditions are created in Montenegro, this dedicated family will change its decision and continue its mission of kindness and solidarity in our country, Raičević concluded in a statement.
