Sixty-eight students of the Police Academy in Danilovgrad, including some employees, joined the voluntary blood donation campaign today, organized by the Danilovgrad Voluntary Blood Donors Club and the Municipal Red Cross Organization.
"This humane act shows how much our future police officers cherish the values of empathy, solidarity and care for the community. Their willingness to help others and to give the most precious thing – their own blood – confirms their responsibility and dedication to serving citizens. The Police Academy proudly highlights such initiatives because, in addition to professional education, participants through such actions also develop social awareness and humanity, values that they will carry throughout their entire professional career," the institution announced.
They thanked the participants for their "courage and big heart."
They remind that the Academy was awarded the recognition as the most active state body in Montenegro for its engagement in the field of voluntary blood donation in 2024.
