Vice President of the Parliament of Montenegro Boris Pejović, on his own behalf and on behalf of the Parliament of Montenegro, sent sincere congratulations to the leadership of the Municipality of Danilovgrad, as well as to all citizens.
As he said, Danilovgrad has been an important connecting point for the central part of Montenegro for more than a century.
"Its role as a meeting place is still just as important today, especially considering its strategic position between Podgorica and Nikšić. Located in the fertile Bjelopavlić area and along the banks of the Zeta River - one of the most beautiful waterways in Montenegro - Danilovgrad stands out for its combination of natural beauty, cultural heritage and historical importance. The Zeta Valley, the peaceful river flows, numerous picnic areas, as well as the proximity of Ostrog, make this area one of the most authentic and attractive areas of our country," said Pejović in his congratulatory message.
He added that such resources represent a strong foundation for future development, especially in the areas of agriculture, tourism and industry.
"Their full valorization must be a common goal of local and state authorities, and the Parliament of Montenegro will be a reliable partner in that process. Once again, I extend my congratulations on the occasion of the Day of the Municipality, with the conviction that we will continue to jointly build a more prosperous and quality life for all citizens of Danilovgrad and the entire Bjelovar region," he concluded.
