The Tourist Organization (TO) of Bar has announced a Public Call for Bids for the Lease of Temporary Prefabricated Facilities - Booths (Houses) as part of the organization of the "New Year's Happening" concert, which will last 5 days, from December 29, 2025 to January 02, 2026.
The Bar Tourism Office invited all companies registered for the provision of hospitality services, headquartered in the municipality of Bar, to submit their bids.
TO Bar is providing 13 temporary prefabricated buildings - stands (houses) for use by the companies referred to in point 1 of this Call, as part of the organization of the "New Year's Happening" event in that city.
The houses are two by two meters in size and are rented out for the period from December 29, 2025 to January 2, 2026.
Applications can be submitted until December 16th at noon, in a sealed envelope. It is necessary to attach the application, the financial part of the offer, the original or a certified photocopy of the decision on registration with the CRPS, which proves that the business entity is registered for the performance of catering activities or a permit for the performance of catering activities from the competent local government body.
It is also necessary to submit the original or a certified photocopy of the VAT registration decision if the end user is a VAT payer, the variety of the offer (alcoholic beverages and/or non-alcoholic beverages and/or food) as well as proof of payment of the deposit.
Companies have the right to submit only one bid, and the initial - minimum - price for renting a temporary prefabricated structure - a stand is 900 euros, which the selected bidders are required to pay and submit proof of payment upon conclusion of the contract, which will specify the rights and obligations of the contracting parties.
The company is obliged to pay a bid guarantee (deposit) to the bank account number 510-8139-67, opened with CKB Bank, in the amount of 50 euros. All interested parties can obtain information on all issues relevant to participation in the invitation every working day from 9 am to 3 pm by calling 030/331-633, as well as via email info@bar.travel.
TO Bar, under the auspices of the Municipality of Bar, is organizing a "New Year's Happening", which will feature over 20 performers from Montenegro and the region. New Year's Eve with hits from the 90s, reruns with Zdravko Čolić, and performances by Aleksandra Prijović, Nataša Bekvalac, Aco Pejović, as well as numerous local, Bar performers.
The Bar Tourist Organization has invited both the Bar and Montenegrin businesses, if they are interested, to join as sponsors of the New Year's happening, "which will give them the opportunity to present themselves at one of the most visited New Year's events in Montenegro and support a rich entertainment program," the local TO said.
