The Ministry of Public Works announced that the conceptual design for the Velje Brdo Boulevard with accompanying infrastructure has been completed, which, in addition to the route of the boulevard itself, includes traffic signals, hydrotechnical and electrical installations, as well as slope protection.
This, the statement says, would create conditions for the completion of the Main Project of this road, and a tender for the execution of works on the boulevard will be announced by the end of the year.
"Also, this week, a public procurement for hydrotechnical infrastructure is expected to be announced, which will complete the issue of water supply and wastewater disposal in the future complex. Through intensive cooperation between the Ministry of Public Works and the Ministry of Spatial Planning, Urbanism and State Property, all the necessary conditions have been met for the announcement of an urban and architectural competition for block A1, which marks the phase of the concrete design of a completely new and modern settlement," the statement reads.
It is added that the procedure for announcing the competition is initiated by the ministry headed by Minister Slaven Radunović, and the entire process is financed by the Ministry of Public Works, headed by Minister Majda Adžović.
