Space protection inspectors were demolishing the interior of the discotheque Fama on Pristan, the tenant of Vedat Ljamović from Ulcinj, after a few days ago they also removed the advertisements next to the street.
The administrative execution of the demolition decision referred to the terrace, the open wooden bar and the prefab building for housing, Vijesti has learned.
The works were carried out by the DM company from Nikšić, which was hired by the Directorate for Inspection Affairs.
The Fama discotheque, which is located on the site of the former horse park, came into the public eye after the state authorities initiated criminal proceedings against the former director of the Culture Center Nailj Draga, who, as the court later found, was illegally renting out the facility that was operating within the Center.
Because of this, Draga went to serve a six-month prison sentence at the beginning of May.
In the meantime, the Municipality lost the case against the heirs of Lala Zuber, to whom the court legally returned the plot on which the cinema garden was located, because the building had not been put to use for decades.
