The Ministry of Education, Science and Innovation (MESI) has filed 12 more criminal charges with the Basic State Prosecutor in Podgorica due to reasonable suspicion that these individuals submitted false and untrue educational documents.
The Ministry of Education, Science and Technology announced that the competent institutions, in the process of recognizing foreign educational documents, determined that the submitted documents were not authentic.
Based on the above, there is a reasonable suspicion that these persons committed the criminal offense of forgery of a document under Article 412 of the Criminal Code.
"We expect the competent authorities to act in accordance with their jurisdiction and authorities, in order to resolve this significant institutional problem," the Ministry of National Education and Research said.
