Veljo Vuković has been named the best Pljevlja firefighter-rescuer in 2025, at the suggestion of the service commander Bogdan Bojović, the Office of the Mayor of the Municipality of Pljevlja, Dario Vraneš, announced today.
Vraneš presented the award to Vuković, emphasizing the key role of the Protection and Rescue Service in the system of security and protection of citizens.
"This is recognition not only for the individual, but also for the entire team that works every day in challenging conditions, with one goal, to protect the lives and property of our fellow citizens," said Vraneš.
Vuković was awarded for his professionalism, dedication and high level of responsibility, which, as stated, he has continuously demonstrated throughout his many years of service.
