At today's session, the Council adopted a Decision on a basic salary supplement for performing certain jobs in the State Prosecutor's Office. The session considered 10 complaints against the work of state prosecutors and heads of state prosecutors' offices in terms of the legality of their work. The Prosecutorial Council gave an opinion that six complaints were unfounded, and for two complaints it was determined that the Prosecutorial Council had previously given an opinion. For one complaint, an opinion was given to refer it to the competent state prosecutor's office, while for one complaint, an opinion was given that it was not a complaint regarding the legality of its work.

Three complaints from state prosecutors and heads of state prosecutors' offices regarding the threat to their independence were considered. The Council gave its opinion that all three complaints were well-founded.
