The organizing committee of the protest of citizens of Pljevlja who heat themselves from the boiler room in Skerlićeva Street has invited the Minister of Ecology, Sustainable Development and Development of the North Damjan Ćulafić, environmental inspector Vesna Bigović, Minister of Health Vojislav Šimun and the Director of the Environmental Protection Agency Milan Gazdić to come to the boiler room tomorrow at nine o'clock to talk and reach an agreement with the citizens.
"Vijesti" previously reported that heating service users were informed today that the boiler plant will be sealed tomorrow at 12 noon, by order of the environmental inspection.
"For the Montenegrin public, if the aforementioned gentlemen do not appear at the designated time, we citizens whose lives, and the lives of our families, are endangered by your disconnection of our heat energy at 10:00 a.m. will block the operation of the Thermal Power Plant until our demands are met," it says in a letter to the Directorate for Environmental Inspection of the Ministry of Ecology, Sustainable Development and Northern Development.
They invited all citizens of Pljevlja, and especially users of heating services from the boiler house in Skerlićeva Street, to come tonight at 20:30 PM to the Pljevlja Municipal Assembly hall on the occasion of tomorrow's announced closure of the boiler house.
