In the last 24 hours, 594 outpatient examinations, 188 home visits and 53 transports were performed in the units of the Emergency Medical Care Institute (ZHMP) of Montenegro, the Emergency Medical Care Institute of Montenegro announced today.
"New Year's Eve passed peacefully. Emergency assistance was most often sought by patients with complaints such as chest pain, high blood pressure, high fever, and excessive alcohol consumption. Medical teams providing New Year's Eve celebrations in Montenegrin cities had the most patients seeking help due to excessive alcohol consumption," the statement from the Montenegrin Emergency Medical Service reads.
