In the future, the Municipality of Mojkovac will have a total of 20 commissions, working teams and groups that will deal with various tasks, from drafting strategic documents to solving specific problems of citizens.
Among them are the Commission for Drafting the Municipal Statute, the Commission for the Sale of Municipal Property, the Commission for Awarding Scholarships, the Working Team for Project Implementation, the Working Group for Digitalization, as well as the commissions for the legalization of illegal buildings and the assessment of damage from natural disasters.
According to the decision, the mayor has the authority to form additional committees or working teams as needed.
The fees for participation in the work of these bodies vary depending on the type of work, complexity and responsibility. The highest individual fees are received by the presidents and members of the Commission for the implementation of the municipal property sale procedure, where the president receives 550 euros and a member 500 euros. On the other hand, for work in commissions that resolve individual cases, such as the Commission for determining the minimum technical conditions of catering facilities, the Commission in the process of legalizing illegal facilities or the Commission for assessing damage due to natural disasters, the president/member receives 18 euros per case.
In the case of the Commission for the Development of the Municipal Statute, the president will receive a fee of 350 euros, and members will receive 300 euros. In the Commission for the Development of Local and Strategic Plans, the president will receive a fee of 300 euros, and members will receive 50 euros less. The president of the Commission for the Verification of Candidates' Knowledge, Abilities, Competencies and Skills will receive a fee of 120 euros, a distinguished expert will receive 100 euros, a professional will receive 100 euros, and a member will receive 50 euros. The fee for this commission is a one-time fee for one day of verification, regardless of the number of candidates. In the Commission for the Implementation of the Public Procurement Procedure, the fees depend on the estimated value of the procurement and range from 100 euros for the president and 80 euros for the member (for procurement up to 50.000 euros) to 150 euros for the president and 120 euros for the member (over 100.000 euros). This fee is paid for each successfully completed public procurement procedure.
Members of the Working Teams for the Implementation of Projects, Integrity and Strategy Plans, and the Implementation of Events will receive a fee of 300 euros upon completion of the project or the development of the plan/strategy. In the working group for digitalization, the president and members will receive a monthly fee of 50 euros. As stated in the decision, employees of local government bodies may be members of a maximum of two committees during the calendar year, while this limitation does not apply to work in working teams or groups.
The Commission for testing the knowledge, abilities, competencies and skills of candidates is entitled to a one-time fee for one day of testing. The Commission for implementing the public procurement procedure is entitled to a fee for each successfully completed public procurement procedure, i.e. a concluded public procurement contract. Members of the Digitalization Working Group are entitled to a monthly fee. Members of the Commission for assessing damage due to natural disasters, the Commission for determining the minimum technical requirements of catering facilities, and the Commission for legalizing illegal facilities are entitled to a fee according to the number of procedures conducted and minutes submitted.
For all other committees, working bodies and teams, the established amount of compensation is fixed and is paid in a lump sum after the procedure has been completed.
